I’m finishing this post late—again—so I’m hitting publish after 10:30. That’s been my pattern the past few weeks; I need to get more organized (laughing at myself).
It’s a holiday weekend here in Utah, so I hope you have some enjoyable plans if you’re local. I’ll be attending a funeral tomorrow, which is certainly not on the “fun” list.
There are so many favorites on this week’s menu. The chicken marinade is truly outstanding, and I’m excited to make the Korean beef—it’s been too long since I made it. If you love lemon, the browned butter lemon bars are a must-try; they’re incredible.
