Sometimes what starts as a simple idea turns into a bigger project — which is exactly what happened here. I frequently receive requests for blank versions of the pretty recipe cards I use in my Freezer Meal Boot Camps, so I gathered them all together into one convenient collection.
This pack includes blank recipe cards from every one of the boot camp and freezer meal packs I’ve designed, so you can add your own recipes or use the cards just because you like the look. The designs coordinate well and come in a range of bright, friendly colors.
In total you’ll get 24 sets of printable recipe cards, each including a full 4″x6″ card and a matching freezer meal label — 48 printables in all.
What You’ll Get in This Grab
This download contains blank recipe cards from my blog’s freezer meal boot camps and premium meal packs. Most cards share a cohesive, colorful aesthetic, though a couple of sets (the mini boot camp and fall soups pack) have a slightly different style. They’re all included so you can mix and match to suit your needs.
The full-size 4″x6″ cards include sections for the recipe name, ingredients, directions, notes, number of servings, and prep time. The mini cards are condensed for quick reference on freezer meals and include the recipe name, serving amount, prep/cook time, and directions.

Instructions: How to Print
You have two easy printing options:
- Download the PDF with all 48 recipe cards. From your PDF viewer you can either save the file to your device or print directly. Select the page numbers for only the cards you need. This option works best if you plan to hand-write your recipes.
- Open the editable Canva file to type directly into the cards. In Canva (a free online editor) add text boxes using the Text tool, type your recipe, then use the Share menu to print your design.
For best results, print on card stock, especially for cards you’ll keep and reference. If you plan to reuse freezer labels, laminating or placing them in zip-top bags helps protect them from moisture. These files are formatted to print on standard 8.5″x11″ paper; a straight-edge paper cutter makes trimming quick and precise.
Other Tips
- Most cards use the Creative Block font; the thinner sans is Caviar Dreams, and the script is Cantoni — helpful if you’re matching the style in a design editor.
- The colorful gel pens shown in the photos are favorites for writing on cards and come in many colors.
- These cards fit standard 4″x6″ holders, so you can store and sort them by category in most recipe boxes or binders.
