How to Make Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen organic strawberries
  • 2 bananas (preferably ripe)
  • 1 Tbsp milk (Horizon Organic Milk or, for a dairy-free option, coconut or almond milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Horizon Snack Grahams, optional topping

Add the frozen strawberries and bananas to a food processor. Pour in 1 tablespoon of milk and the vanilla extract.

Cover and process. The processor may bounce a bit as it breaks up the frozen fruit—this is normal. Pause to scrape down the sides as needed, then process again until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You want a thick, spoonable consistency without large chunks.

Blending the strawberry banana mixture

Spoon the ice cream into 2–4 bowls, depending on portion size. Top with crushed Horizon Snack Grahams for added crunch and flavor, then serve immediately.
