Ingredients

  

  • 42 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 9 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper for serving

Method

 

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil. Add the cheese tortellini and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook until the tortellini are tender, about 7–9 minutes. Stir in the baby spinach and cook just until wilted.
  3. Ladle into bowls and top with shredded Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
